Login to your WHM<br \/>\n2. Assigned dedicated IP &#8211; You will then select the IP Functions\u009d icon from the Main Menu.<\/p>\n<p>Then, select &#8216;Change Site&#8217;s IP Address&#8217;\u009d icon. You will now see a list of the domains and users on your server. Find the domain you are wishing to install the SSL Certificate on and click the &#8216;Change&#8217;\u009d button at the bottom of the page. You will now be given a drop down list of available IPs for you to assign to your site. Select the IP you want and click the &#8216;Change&#8217;\u009d button and your site&#8217;s IP will be changed (Make sure not to set this to &#8216;main shared IP&#8217;\u009d).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-445\" src=\"https:\/\/qbytes.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/whm-ssl-domain-ip-user-fields.jpg\" alt=\"whm-ssl-domain-ip-user-fields\" width=\"515\" height=\"51\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Install the SSL Certificate &#8211; Go back to the Main Menu and select the &#8216;SSL\/TLS&#8217;\u009d icon.<\/p>\n<p>Then select &#8216;Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain&#8217;\u009d icon. You will then be taken to the &#8216;Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain\u009d&#8217; management page. You will need to fill out all fields in order to install the SSL Certificate.<\/p>\n<p>A. Enter the CSR into the first field.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/qbytes.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/whm-ssl-csr-field.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-444\" src=\"https:\/\/qbytes.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/whm-ssl-csr-field.jpg\" alt=\"whm-ssl-csr-field\" width=\"509\" height=\"409\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The SSL Manager will then try to fetch the rest of the fields needed. It should fill in the next three fields as such.<\/p>\n<p>If any of this information isn&#8217;t correct then your SSL Certificate isn&#8217;t issued properly and you need to contact your SSL issuer for them to assist you with having the SSL Certificate reconfigured.<\/p>\n<p>B. You will now need to insert the RSA key (If one was automatically fetched for you, please replace it with the one we have given you).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/qbytes.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/whm-ssl-rsa-field.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-446\" src=\"https:\/\/qbytes.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/whm-ssl-rsa-field.jpg\" alt=\"whm-ssl-rsa-field\" width=\"511\" height=\"384\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>C. You will then need to enter your CA Bundle in the last field (If you do not enter a CA then the SSL Certificate will appear as self-signed and a warning will be shown when customers attempt to access your site securely).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/qbytes.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/whm-ssl-ca-bundle-field.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-447\" src=\"https:\/\/qbytes.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/whm-ssl-ca-bundle-field.jpg\" alt=\"whm-ssl-ca-bundle-field\" width=\"509\" height=\"364\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once you enter all three needed aspects of the SSL Certificate (CRT, RSA, and CA Bundle) then click the &#8216;Install&#8217;\u009d button. The server will then install the SSL Certificate and notify of completion or if any errors that may have occurred. The new certificate should begin to work immediately and you may view your site using https:\/\/ to confirm this.<\/p>\n<p>Newer Panels Versions<\/p>\n<p>Manually enter information<\/p>\n<p>To manually enter all of the information for your\u00a0certificate:<\/p>\n<p>Enter your domain in the\u00a0Domain\u00a0field.<\/p>\n<p>When you enter the complete domain name, the\u00a0Autofill by Domain\u00a0option will appear next to the\u00a0Domain\u00a0field. If you wish to continue to enter information manually, do\u00a0not\u00a0click\u00a0Autofill by Domain.<br \/>\nIf the selected domain is not dedicated to a specific\u00a0IP address, select an available\u00a0IP address\u00a0from the\u00a0IP Address\u00a0menu. You can only select an\u00a0IP address\u00a0that is labeled as\u00a0shared\u00a0oravailable.<br \/>\nIn the\u00a0Certificate\u00a0field, copy and paste the entire contents of your\u00a0certificate&#8217;s\u00a0.crt\u00a0file.<br \/>\nIn the\u00a0Private Key\u00a0field, copy and paste the entire contents of your\u00a0certificate&#8217;s\u00a0.key\u00a0file.<br \/>\nIf you chose to install a purchased\u00a0certificate, you may need to fill in the\u00a0Certificate Authority Bundle (optional)\u00a0field. If you do not have the information, contact the organization from which you purchased the\u00a0certificate.<br \/>\nClick\u00a0Install.<br \/>\nYou can click\u00a0Reset\u00a0to remove the information from all fields.<br \/>\nIf the installation is successful, WHM will display a message to indicate that the\u00a0certificate\u00a0installed. If the installation is unsuccessful, WHM will display an error message to indicate the problem.
